Artist's Description

This is a reproduction of George Wesley Bellows' 1925 classic painting of one of the most dramatic moments of the sport of Boxing. The fight took place before 80,000 fans at the Polo Grounds of New York City on September 14, 1923. The moment captured in the fight occurred towards the end of the first round.
